THE Shift is a purpose-driven entrepreneurship that is led by Jeff Jaworski, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience and a proven track record in tech, digital marketing, frontline sales and sales leadership, global sales enablement, as well as executive sales and leadership coaching.
Prior to launching THE Shift, Jeff spent the past 12+ years at Google, most recently as the Global Director of Enablement & Sales Coaching for the Large Customer Sales & GTM organizations equipping thousands of managers and sellers across the globe with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to be successful.
