WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE

Coaching engagements are typically 6 months with bi-weekly 1-hour sessions, focused on the goals you're hoping to achieve. Each engagement starts with a discovery phase to identify the leader's archetype, current shifts they're working through, and the team or business dynamics they're navigating. Sessions then move into application, with the leader bringing real situations from their week as the curriculum.

WHAT CHANGES AFTER

The leader has shifted from Heroic to Coaching-Driven Leader. Their team operates with greater ownership. They're developing managers below them. Quota attainment and engagement metrics improve, but the deeper change is the leader's relationship with their own role.

SCOPING CALL (15–20 MIN)

We hop on a short call to understand your situation, what success looks like, and whether we're a fit. No pitch. No pressure.

PROPOSAL

If we're aligned, you'll receive a proposal within a few days that includes scope, timeline, and investment. Custom-scoped to your engagement, not a menu.

ENGAGEMENT

Once we agree, we begin. Most engagements kick off within 2–4 weeks of proposal acceptance.

What's your typical engagement length?

Coaching is typically 6 months with bi-weekly sessions. Workshops range from a single session to a 3–6 month series. Advisory is 3–12 months on a fractional or project basis. Speaking engagements are single events.

How is pricing structured?

Programs are priced and scoped based on your goals and needs to ensure it's fit for purpose. Pricing depends on engagement length, audience size, and scope of partnership. We discuss pricing on the scoping call after I understand your situation. If you need a directional budget conversation before the call, mention that in your inquiry.

Do you work virtually, in-person, or both?

Both. Most coaching is virtual. Workshops and speaking are split roughly 60/40 in-person/virtual. Advisory engagements typically include both formats.

What industries do you work with?

Mostly B2B technology, financial services, and revenue-organization-led companies. The Leader Shift Method translates across industries. What matters is whether your sales leadership challenges look like the ones the work addresses.

Do you partner with other consultants or training providers?

Yes. I regularly partner with internal enablement teams, learning platforms, and other coaches who specialize in adjacent areas. Custom workshops can be co-designed with your existing partners.

How quickly can we start?

Most engagements begin within 2–4 weeks of agreement. For urgent needs (a kickoff in 30 days, a performance crisis), I can sometimes move faster. Mention urgency in your inquiry.

Do you take all inquiries?

No. I take engagements where I think I can genuinely help and where the partnership feels like a fit. If we're not aligned, I'll tell you and try to recommend someone who might be a better match.
